Pemanfaatan Hounsfield Unit Pada Ct-Scan Dalam Menentukan Kepadatan Batu Ginjal Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2020

Hounsfield unit is software included on a CT-Scan that can assess
various types of networks' density levels. It has 4,096 gray colors and
has different density levels. The Hounsfield Unit can assess the density
of stones, air, bone, fat, lung, and soft tissue. The purpose of this study
was to determine the results of the Hounsfield measurement of kidney
stone units in determining the density of kidney stones at Arifin
Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, in 2020. This research is crosssectional
descriptive study by collecting data in the Radiology section
and the Medical Records section of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau
Province. The results showed that most kidney stone patients at Arifin
Achmad Hospital in 2020 were the highest in the 40-49 years age
group (54.8%) with the highest gender in males (33.3%). had
moderate stone density (35.8%), while the most common location for
stones was pyelum (38.0%).
