General Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) is a public Electric Vehicle General Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU). As the name suggests, this PLN General Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) functions to recharge electric vehicle batteries. Its presence is believed to motivate Pekanbaru residents to switch to electric vehicles in order to maintain environmental conditions. This regulation replaces Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 26 of 2021 concerning the same matter. Rooftop PLTS is an electric power generator using photovoltaic modules that are installed and placed on the roof, walls or other parts of buildings belonging to rooftop PLTS customers. Currently there are three SPKLUs in Pekanbaru City and the others are under development. Electric vehicles themselves are present as a solution for the government to provide a healthy environment so that the government itself has also made regulations regarding the Acceleration of the Electric Vehicle Program in accordance with PP No. 55 of 2019. where this research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting primary and secondary data related to the themes studied by the author.
