Pemberian Pakan Cacing Tanah (Lumbricus Rubellus) Dengan Dosis Berbeda Pada Ikan Gabus (Channa Striata) Pada Kondisi Gelap Pada Sistem Resirkulasi

This research was conducted for 60 days from December 2023 to February
2024 at the Laboratory of Aquaculture Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine
Sciences, Riau University. The purpose of this study was to determine the dosage of
feed that is good to support the growth and survival of cork fish (Channa striata) with
photoperiod manipulation in the recirculation system. The method used in this
research is an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD)
experimental design with 4 levels of treatment and 3 replications, so 12 experimental
units are needed. The feed doses used in this study are as follows: P1) 3% of biomass
weight; P2) 5% of biomass weight; P3) 7% of biomass weight; P4) 9% of biomass
weight. The best treatment was obtained from P4 with a dose of 9% of biomass
weight with an absolute weight of 6.57 g, absolute length of 3.5 cm, specific growth
rate of 2.12%, feed efficiency of 67.78%, feed conversion of 1.48 kg. Water quality
during the study was temperature 28.3-29.60C, pH 5.0-7.1, dissolved oxygen 6.0-8.6
mg/L, ammonia 0.0368-0.3930 mg/L.
