Pengembangan Lkpd Berbasis Discovery Learning Konten Luas Permukaan Dan Volume Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik Fase-D
The purpose of the research is to develop discovery learning-based LKPD content of surface area and volume of flat-sided spaces to facilitate KPMM. KPMM is an important basic ability in the learning progress, especially in finding solutions to mathematical problems and in the daily lives of students. However, teaching materials that are able to facilitate KPMM are still very minimal, as a result it is very important to develop a teaching material, one of which is LKPD. The development model used is Thiangarajan's adaptation or 4-D "Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate" which is useful for creating valid and practical LKPD. The test subjects involved in this study were students of SMPN 19 Pekanbaru class VIII. The research instruments used were validation sheets, interviews, student response questionnaires, and observations. The validity of the LKPD was found through the validation process to assess the aspects of LKPD appearance, content/material, conformity with discovery learning, conformity with KPMM, conformity with technical, construction, and didactical requirements. Meanwhile, the practicality is obtained from the trial to evaluate the aspects of appearance, content/material, and ease of use of the LKPD. The data from the validation sheets and learner response questionnaires were analyzed. The analysis revealed that the LKPD the LKPD had a validity of 90.71% and was classified as "very valid". Small and large group trials also showed the practicality of LKPD with a percentage of 87.51% and 87.34%, which is classified as "practical". Data analysis shows that the LKPD created has reached the standards of validity and practicality, so it is eligible to be used in teaching and learning activities.
