Improving productivity and operational efficiency are key objectives for PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland. Currently, the use of Google Sheets to record employee performance reports is vulnerable to uncontrolled data changes, while fingerprint-based attendance systems face long queues and potential data fraud. This research aims to design and build a performance report information system that is integrated with selfie and GPS-based online attendance using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This integration is expected to overcome the challenges faced by companies, such as data errors and slow decision-making speed. The system developed with the aim of monitoring employee performance in real-time and accelerating the performance reporting process to monitoring employee location with GPS ensures employee attendance and presence according to the company's operational needs. The RAD approach to system development enables iterative development that actively involves users. Requirement gathering and direct user feedback, as well as system testing, demonstrate flexibility to change that supports rapid and iterative improvement. This research successfully integrated the performance report and online attendance system with direct user involvement from the requirements planning stage, workshop design, to implementation, collaboration ensures thorough system requirements gathering, intuitive user interface design, and smooth implementation in accordance with company needs, minimizing data errors and accelerating decision making, while the employee location monitoring system with GPS improves operational efficiency in the field.
