Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and non-physical work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. The research method employed is descriptive using quantitative methods. The sample size for this study involved a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was included as samples, totaling 74 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26. Findings from this research indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on OCB, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on OCB, and the non- physical work environment also has a positive and significant influence on OCB.
