Faktor-Faktoryangmempengaruhi Perempuan Menikah Bekerja Pada Perusahaan Industri Besar Di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can influence married women to work in Large Industrial Companies in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This study uses primary and secondary data with a total sample of 182 women who are married and work in Large Industrial Companies. The analysis method used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that the variables of education level, husband's income level, and number of family dependents simultaneously influenced married women working in large industries in Tampan District. While partially the variable level of education (X1) in this study has significant negative results, the variable level of husband's income (X2) has significant negative results and the variable number of family dependents (X3) has significant positive results. The amount of influence caused (R2) by these three variables together on the dependent variable is 59.7%, while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Of these factors, the most dominant factor in influencing married women to work in large industrial companies in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City is the education level factor.
