Pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Kemiskinan Dan Pengangguran Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Provinsi Riau
This study analyzes and examines economic growth in Riau Province, focusing on three critical variables: the Human Development Index (HDI), poverty, and unemployment. The research employs the multiple regression analysis method using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) technique, facilitated by the EViews 12 application.
The findings indicate that the Human Development Index (HDI), poverty, and unemployment have a simultaneous impact on economic growth in Riau Province. Partially, the Human Development Index (HDI) has a negative but statistically insignificant effect on economic growth in Riau Province. Poverty has a negative and statistically significant effect on economic growth, while unemployment also exhibits a negative and statistically significant effect. The Adjusted R-Squared value demonstrates that 88.27% of the variation in economic growth is explained by the variables included in the study, with the remaining 11.73% attributed to factors outside the scope of this research.
