Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kerupuk Jengkol Di Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of capital, labor, and raw materials onthe production level of the jengkol cracker industry inPekanbaru City. This research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis tools. The population of this study consists of 14 business units, with the sample taken using the census sampling method, meaning all business units are used as samples. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research isdescriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that the variables of capital (X1) and raw materials (X3) have a positive significant effect on the production (Y) of jengkol crackers in Pekanbaru City, while the variable of labor (X2) have no a positive and significant effect on the production (Y) of jengkol crackers in Pekanbaru City.The effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable (AdjustedR²)is91,04%, while theremaining 8,96%isinfluenced byothervariables not examined in this study.
