Pemodelan Parameter Cp Dan Ct Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Snyder Pada Das Wilayah Kota Pekanbaru Bagian Selatan
ABSTRACT
Pekanbaru City, located in Riau Province, Indonesia, comprises six sub-watersheds in its southern region: Sibam, Air Hitam, Senapelan, Sail, Tenayan, and Pendanau. Effective watershed management plays a vital role in hydrological planning, particularly in estimating peak flood discharge through the use of Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) methods. Among these, the Snyder method is widely utilized, requiring the calibration of CP and CT parameters to reflect the specific characteristics of each watershed. This study aims to develop a model for estimating the CP and CT parameters of the Snyder method based on the physical characteristics of the southern sub-watersheds of Pekanbaru and to evaluate their impact on the resulting unit hydrograph, specifically in relation to the HDRO (hydrograph ordinate) value. The results indicate that both CP and CT parameters are significantly influenced by watershed morphology. The CP parameter was modeled as The average HDRO value obtained was 0.978 mm, which closely approximates the theoretical value of 1 mm, thereby demonstrating the model's reliability and accuracy in representing the unit hydrograph behavior.
