Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Umkm Menggunakan Metode Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (Studi Kasus : Upt Plut Kumkm Provinsi Riau)

Actors MSMEs are faced with various challenges that affect business success, the number of MSMEs and increasingly tight competition encourage MSME actors to be able to compete. Government efforts in providing guidance through incubation programs. However, the large number of MSMEs makes it difficult for the government to make decisions, so a DSS is needed that can provide recommendations in making decisions on selecting MSMEs. The method used is the MOORA method because this method is a multi-objective optimization technique that can be successfully applied to solve various types of complex decision-making problems. UPT PLUT KUMKM Riau Province in this case requires a decision support system for selecting MSMEs. In this study, In this study, 30 MSME actors were used using 7 criteria in the form of business location, marketing media, assets, turnover, number of employees, year of business establishment, and year of partnership. The final result with a value of 0.1504 in the first rank by alternative A13 and a value of 0.1107 in the last rank by alternative A22. From the research conducted, the MOORA method can be used in the selection of MSMEs.
