Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kecil Susu Kedelaidi Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the influence of capital, labor, and raw materials on
the production of the Soy Milk industry in Pekanbaru City, and to determine
which factors are the most dominant in influencing the production of the Soy Milk
industry in Pekanbaru City.The method in this study is using a quantitative
descriptive method with a population of 18 industries and the sample taken is the
entire population of Soy Milk in Pekanbaru City. This study was analyzed using
multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 23 The results of this study
indicate that the R2 adjusted is 0.929. This means that 92,9% of the independent
variables (capital, labor and raw materials) have been represented to explain the
dependent variable (Soy Milk production). While the remaining 7,1% is explained
by other variables outside the model. Together (simultaneously) have a positive
and significant effect on the dependent variable (bound) of Soy Milk production in
Pekanbaru City. While the most dominant variable that affects Soy Milk
production in Pekanbaru City (Y) is raw materials (X3) with a regression
coefficient value of 0,493 percent.
