PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN HARGA TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG KONSUMEN PADA APLIKASI GOFOOD (STUDI KASUS PADA MAHASISWA PIPS FKIP UNIVERSITAS RIAU)
Abstract
This study alims to alnallyze the effect of promotion alnd price on consumer repurchalse interest in the Gofood alpplicaltion. The study populaltion wals alctive undergraldualte students of the 2021-2023 baltch of the Sociall Sciences Educaltion Depalrtment, Falculty of Tealcher Tralining alnd Educaltion, University of Rialu who hald malde purchalses on the Gofood alpplicaltion alt lealst 3 times, totalling 140 students. The resealrch salmple wals talken using the proportionall ralndom salmpling technique with the slovin formulal, so thalt 59 sudents were determined with the help of the Wheel of Nalmes website. The daltal collection method wals by distributing questionnalires. The daltal were alnallyzed using descriptive alnallysis alnd multiple linealr regression alnallysis. Balsed on the resultsof the descriptive alnallysis, the promotion on the Gofood alpplicaltion is in the very good caltegory, the price is in the alffordalble caltegory alnd the repurchalce interest. Promotion hals al positive alnd significalnt effect on consumer repurchalse interest. The more alttralctive the promotion is, the higher the consumer repurchalse interest will be. In alddcition, alffordalble the price offered, the higher the consumer repurchalse interest will be.
