Analisis Perkembangan Olahraga E-Sport Di Provinsi Riau

This research aims to reveal facts about the development of e-sports in Riau Province. Then this research was conducted to explore as much information as possible about the development of e-sports (electronic sports) in the people of Riau Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used documentation, observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing . The results showed that the development of the e-sport community in Riau Province developed gradually from year to year with the process that has been passed through programs that have been designed to improve eSport achievements. Increased development gives rise to talented new athletes to regenerate players obtained from the community and can excel in the field of e- sport. So it can be concluded that the development of e-sports in Riau Province has experienced a significant increase gradually.
