Analisis Kesiapan Mengajar Mahasiswa Pgsd Fkip Unri Angkatan 2022

This study aims to determine and describe the teaching readiness of elementary school teacher education students at the University of Riau, class of 2022. As prospective educators, of course, students must have adequate competence as an educator. As a prospective educator, students must have several readiness such as physical readiness, mental readiness, and readiness in terms of knowledge and pedagogical skills. So that the educational goals stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution to educate the nation's life can be achieved through education in schools. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive research method using the Google Form function on the platform, as a tool for distributing and administering questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study were PGSD FKIP UNRI students, class of 2022. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the physical readiness, mental readiness, and abilities and skills of PGSD UNRI students, class of 2022 in teaching had met the minimum standards required as an educator. In addition, it can also be concluded that the educational process in the PGSD study program at the University of Riau has succeeded in producing adequate human resources as an educator.
