Pengaruh Penambahan Probiotik Booster Biolacto Padapakan Dengan Dosis Berbeda Terhadappertumbuhan Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) Pada Sistem Resirkulasi
This study aims to analyze the effect of different probiotic doses on fish growth. This activity was carried out from January to March 2025 at the Hatchery of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau, Riau Province. The method used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experimental method with four treatment levels and three replications. The treatments applied in this study were different doses of biolacto probiotics in the feed as follows: 1.) P0 = 0 mL/kg feed (control); 2.) P1 = 9 mL/kg feed; 3.) P2 = 11 mL/kg feed; 4.) P3 = 13 mL/kg feed. The results of the research that has been conducted show that the provision of probiotic booster biolacto in feed with different doses has a significant effect on the growth of saline tilapia maintained in a recirculation system, but has no significant effect on the survival of saline tilapia seeds. The best treatment was found in the provision of probiotic booster biolacto dose of 13 ml / kg of feed, which resulted in an absolute weight growth of 17.72 g, an absolute length growth of 7.5 cm, feed digestibility of 69%, a specific growth rate of 3.05% / day, feed efficiency of 72.94%, feed conversion of 1.37 and survival of 85.33%.
