This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Workload (X1) and Job Saturation (burnout) (X2) on Job Stress at PT. Sumi Gita Jaya Pekanbaru. The research method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 35 employees of PT, Sumi Gita Jaya Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the partial analysis, Workload has a significant effect on Job Stress at PT. Sumi Gita Jaya Pekanbaru, this is because the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table (10.160 > 2.034). Job Saturation (burnout) has a significant effect on Job Stress at PT. Sumi Gita Jaya Pekanbaru, this is because the t-count is greater than the t-table (14.465) > (2.034). Meanwhile, the F test shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the calculated F is greater than the F table (301.342>3.29).
