ABSTRACT
Javanese are one of the largest ethnic groups in Indonesia, accounting for 41% of the total population. They are known for their highly varied culture, encompassing everything from food and music to everyday life, including family Relationships. The Javanese also have unique rules for determining family Relationships. However, over time, these cultural values have been abandoned from generation to generation. This can lead to the erosion of kinship values within Javanese culture. Furthermore, in some cases, Javanese people have different given names and the names registered on local documents. This creates doubts in tracing family trees. Furthermore, it also triggers marriages prohibited by local customs. Therefore, this research was conducted to address these issues by documenting Javanese family trees in digital form. This research produces a website-based family tree application that is capable of collecting family tree data and displaying output in the form of a family tree to make it easier for users to understand the existing family tree. In addition, there is also a family Relationship feature that clearly provides information about the Relationship between two family members. This system is tested using the ISO 25010 standard. The Functional Suitability tester obtained very good results without any problems with the system. The reliability test received an A rating, the usability test using UEQ for the android application with good results, the performance efficiency test for the website with results of 98, the maintainability test with an A rating for the website, the portability test with the results of the website being able to run on four different types of browsers, the security test with grade A results on the website, and the compatibility test with compatible results on five laptop devices and five mobile devices.
