This research aims to know how market structure affecting the progress of amplang shrimp, the influence of capital, labor, raw materials for production and how the scale of production result. The sampling technique using census method, sampling is done thoroughly is 25 business units of amplang shrimp home industry in Sub-District Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, with Porter's five forces approach, the Cobb-Douglas production function and multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results mentioned that the analysis of market structure affecting the progress of Amplang Shrimp Home Industry are industrial competitors, new entrants, input providers, market, and substitution. All of independent variables together significantly affect the amount of production, all of independent variables significant effect partially on the amount of production, and the scale of production results show rules Increasing Return to Scale.
