Pengaruh Penambahan Hormon Pertumbuhan Rekombinan (Rgh) Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelangsungan Hidup Benih Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Niloticus) Di Media Salinitas
The research has been conducted on February to April 2017 at the beach fish breeding center (BBIP), Bengkalis - Riau which aims to determine the best of dose of recombinant growth hormon on growth and survival rate nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The method use was experimental method with Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications, the dose of rGH administrated was 2, 4, 6, 8 mg/kg of commercial feed and no rGH suplementation as control. Were reared used is fyber tank with size 70x150x40 cm with density 30 fish/tank. The fish were fed with the rGH suplplemented diet once a three days at satiation. While for growth sampling is four times then every 7 days. The results showed that the dose 2 mg/kg commercial feed gave the best growth nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with growth body weight 3.40 g, specific growth rate 5.53%, length 2.91 cm, survival rate 99.17 %, feed effeciency 96.58 %, and feed convertion rate 1.03.
