Metode Iterasi Bebas Turunan Kedua Berorde Empat Untuk Menyelesaikan Persamaan Nonlinear
This final project discusses a new iterative method free from second derivative
with two parameters for solving nonlinear equations. For each iteration, it
requires one function evaluation and two first derivative function evaluations.
Convergence analysis shows that the method has four order of convergence, so
that its efficiency index is 1:587. Furthermore from the numerical simulation
using some test functions it shows that the proposed method can be used as
an alternative in its class for solving a nonlinear equation.
