This research was conducted on Mei 13-2, 2018 at CV. Barokah Panipahan Pasir Limau Kapas Districts of Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the amount of investment and profits in fish exports, analyzing business feasibility in fish exports, and this study also aims to find out what constraints experienced by export businesses. This study uses survey methods in data collection, survey methods in this study, researchers tried to collect data by taking samples from a number of respondents namely permanent workers and daily workers on the CV. Barokah to give his opinion regarding the existence of matters relating to enthusiasm in working based on individual characteristics The results of the study show that the total invesrment for fish export business is as big as IDR. 3.072.293.000. The criteria for fish export business investment get a value of BCR 1,16, FRR 52,39% , and PPC 4,7 for 4 year 8months. Based on the results of the calculation of the BCR of the fish export business that is equal to 1,16 means fish export business is profitable this is in line with the theory which says that if the price is greater than 1 the business can be continued. Based on the results of the calculation FRR that is equal to 52,39% this means the level of profit from the business the profit is greater than interest rate in the bank so that it would be better to invest capital in the export business than implanted in the bank. And based on the calculation of the PPC value of a fish export business of 3,77 means needing 3 year 8 months for investment. Keywords : Business Analysis of Fish Export
