This final project discusses the making of a geographic information system of illegal web-based parking reporting in Pekanbaru city. This Geographic Information System is centered by GPS to track the coordinates of members through smartphones. Members can carry out illegal parking reporting which is often encountered on the streets of the city of Pekanbaru. At the time of member to do reporting then member will automatically direct to input point coordinate location of member position automatically done by system. The purpose of this geographic information system is to make it easier for the relevant departments to accommodate all public complaints against motorists or drivers who violate vehicle parking indiscriminately. This geographic information system uses MySQL as a database and PHP as a programming language.
