Manajemen Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) Di Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau Tahun 2017

This study departs from the problem of the management process of
BSPS (Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya) in Pekanbaru City in 2017
where among them is the unequal amount of assistance received in each
Kelurahan and there are even a number of Kelurahan in Pekanbaru that
unreceive the assistance of Self-Help Housing Stimulants.
The purpose of this study was to determine the management of
BSPS (Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya) in Pekanbaru city in
2017, and analyze the factors that inhibit Self-Help Housing Stimulant
Assistance in Pekanbaru City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative
research method approach. Primary data were obtained directly through
interviews from informants, namely the PPK (Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen)
team as well as the Head of Divisions and the Heads of Subdivisions
within the Pekanbaru City Dinas PUPR as the implementor.
The results of this study indicate that the BSPS management
process (Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya) in Pekanbaru City in
2017, this can be seen from the planning process carried out by the
Central Government that does not consider too much the opinions and
findings of the Pekanbaru City Dinas PUPR, there are still members who
do not understand the duties and functions they receive and the absence
of decisive action to residents who receive assistance ordering goods that
are not in accordance with the funds provided.
