ABSTRACK
Before the construction of a building, the Budget Plan is one of the main
processes involved for setting the total amount of work costs with deciphering
each job item begins to calculate the work volume, making Work Unit Price
Analysis, making details of the cost Budget Plan, which all of these calculations
refer to the drawing plan. In this final assignment report, author designed the
drawing plan for 5 occupants with a building area of 245 m2 and making work
plans and technical requirements of the structural work specifications. As for the
total cost of the building that is Rp 1.177.874.000 and for the cost per m2 of the
building is Rp 4.370.589,67.
