ABSTRACT
HR. Soebrantas Street is a primary collector road 4 lanes 2 direction are divided
(4/2 D). This road is traversed by various types of vehicles from light vehicles,
heavy vehicles, large buses, large trucks and motorbikes. The imbalance of land
transportation facilities with an increase in the number of vehicles accompanied
by roadside activities causes traffic congestion during rush hour. This Final
Project aims to calculate the performance level of the HR. Soebrantas road in
Pekanbaru district, it will calculate the road capacity, degree of saturation and
speed of traffic to determine the performance of the road is feasible or not used.
Keywords: Traffic volume, side resistance, capacity, degree of saturation and
speed.
