Tinjauan Kinerja Jalan Arifin Ahmad Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
Jalan Arifin Ahmad is a four-lane, two-way divided road (4/2 T) with a length of 4,25
km and a width of 15 m, located in Pekanbaru City. On this road, it is a trade center
and office center so that it causes a pull for the public to come to Jalan Arifin Ahmad
and is prone to traffic problems which will affect the performance of Jalan Arifin
Ahmad. This road is traversed by various types of vehicles from heavy vehicles, light
vehicles, and motorbikes. As for what must be known about the performance of Jalan
Arifin Ahmad includes capacity, volume of traffic flow, degree of saturation and
vehicle speed. The conclusions obtained are: (1) The performance of Jalan Arifin
Ahmad, Pekanbaru City is included in the service level B, the flow is stable. The
driver has sufficient freedom in choosing the speed. (2) With the DJ results obtained,
