ABSTRACT
Hangtuah Street is a 2-lane collectors 2-way road undivided (2/2 UD). This road
is be passed by various types of vehicles from light vehicles (LV), heavy vehicles
(HV), and motorcycles (MC). The intensiveness of population is not balanced
with growth of Pekanbaru City infrastructure, it causes traffic jams at rush hour.
This Final Project aims to calculate the performance on Hangtuah Street of
Pekanbaru City, it will be calculated the capacity of the roads 3.107 pcu/hours, the
average speed 34,6 km/hours, and the degree of saturation (DS) 0,723 of traffic on
the road to determine the performance of the road proper to use or improper use.
