ABSTRACT
The Final Task Writing on Building Planning and Cost Budget Plan
(RAB) aims to plan a building and calculate the Cost Budget Plan for building a
building. Data collection is done by conducting literature studies on manuals and
documents related to building planning. In addition, data collection is also carried
out directly to take data on the condition of land, land and water level at the
location and conduct a survey of the price of building materials and wages around
the construction site. Building planning is done using the help of AutoCad 2020
software for 2D images, Sketchup 2020 for 3D images and Enscape for 3D image
rendering. In planning, the dimensions of the structure are assumed and refer to
the journal of the calculation of the structure of a 2-story house. From the results
of the planning, the building to be built has an area of 277 m2 with a land area of
450 m2. From the results of building planning, the price will be used to realize the
building using the price of field survey results. The implementation of the
development costs Rp1.773.604.000,00 (One billion seven hundred and seventythree
million six hundred and four thousand rupiah), with a price per m2 of
6.402.903,00/m2. (Six million four hundred two thousand Nine hundred three
rupiah).
