Analisis Produksi Katering Aqiqah Perspektif Syariah Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2021

Production is an activity to produce goods and services in order to increase the use value of a product. This study aims to analyze capital, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia have a positive and significant impact on the results of aqiqah catering production in Pekanbaru City in 2021.
This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from aqiqah catering entrepreneurs. The method used is regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglas function model.
The results of this study indicate that capital has a positive and significant effect on the results of aqiqah catering production, raw materials have a positive and significant effect on the results of aqiqah catering production. Labor has a positive and insignificant effect on the results of aqiqah catering production. Understanding of sharia has a positive and significant effect on the results of aqiqah catering production. It can be concluded that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 98.83%, while the remaining 1.17% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
