Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Belanja Modal Dan Pembangunan Manusia Terhadap Kemiskinan Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP, capital expenditure and
HDI on poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses secondary data,
namely time series data with a time span of 2010 - 2021. The method of data
analysis is carried out by the multiple linear regression analysis method.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Gross Regional
Domestic Product (GRDP) has a significant negative and significant effect on
poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency, meaning that poverty reduction is because
when the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) increases, it will increase
the ability to meet needs so that they can get out. from the poverty line. Capital
expenditure has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi
Regency, meaning that an increase in capital expenditure actually encourages
higher poverty. This is contrary to the hypothesis which states that capital
expenditure has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi
Regency. This positive relationship is driven by development originating from
capital expenditures that have not been properly allocated and suggestions that
can encourage increased community productivity. The human development index
(HDI) has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi
Regency, which means that partially changes in the human development index
(IPM) are able to positively and significantly affect changes in poverty.
