ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs, (2) the influence of financial management on the performance of MSMEs, (3) the influence of financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study includes 26,648 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pekanbaru City. In this research, the samples obtained were 103 MSMEs obtained using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. This research uses primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers. Meanwhile, the data processing method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using data processing software. Based on the research results, it shows that financial literacy has an effect on MSME performance, financial management has an effect on MSME performance and financial inclusion has no effect on MSME performance.
