Analisis Dinamika Dan Tingkat Intensitas Konflik Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Antara Masyarakat Tebing Tinggi Okura Dengan Pt Surya Intisari Raya Di Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze public perceptions of conflict dynamics, analyze the level of conflict intensity, analyze social impacts and analyze the relationship between emerging conflict intensity and social impacts, from the plantation conflict between the Tebing Tinggi Okura community and PT Surya Intisari Raya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study was 125 respondents, with a sampling technique using Snowball Sampling which was carried out until the data obtained was saturated and the sample did not provide new information, the samples taken consisted of village officials and the Okura Community Care Youth Alliance (2 key informants) and 33 people who were actively involved in the conflict were carried out using the Snow Ball method. The total number of samples in the study was 35 respondents. The data collection technique used observation techniques used by directly observing objects in the field with the help of a questionnaire. The data analysis used was a Likert scale with an analysis tool using the Spearman rank correlation test. The results show that public perception of the conflict has developed since the uncertainty of the HGU extension in 2021. The intensity of the conflict is classified as high which further worsens the conditions of the people affected by the conflict. The social impact due to the conflict is in the high category. The relationship between the intensity of emerging conflicts and social impacts is in the fairly strong category.
