Dampak Program Keluarga Harapan (Pkh) Terhadap Kesejahteraan Keluarga Di Nagari Lansek Kadok Kecamatan Rao Selatan Kabupaten Pasaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Poverty affects various aspects of life. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) on the well-being of families in Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao Subdistrict, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate inaccuracies in the data collection of program beneficiaries, although PKH assistance has helped meet the educational and health needs of poor families. An analysis using the structural functionalism theory (AGIL) by Talcott Parsons reveals four functional imperatives necessary for all systems: adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency. The study recommends evaluating the PKH data collection and mentoring systems to improve program effectiveness. Findings show that the implementation and evaluation stages of PKH in Nagari Lansek Kadok face several challenges, such as delays in fund disbursement, infrequent meetings between recipients and PKH facilitators, and ineffective communication, primarily conducted via WhatsApp. A total of 48.42% of respondents stated that PKH had a positive impact on underprivileged families by assisting them in the areas of economy, health, and daily needs.
