The development of information technology today has had a major influence on the way various agencies work, including in terms of managing letter archives. At the Pangean District Religious Affairs Office, the letter archiving process is still done manually. This method has a number of weaknesses such as the difficulty of searching for letters, the potential for damage to archives, and inefficiency in the use of time and labor. To overcome these problems, a web-based archiving information system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system is equipped with features for uploading, saving, searching, and downloading archives digitally. In addition, the interface is designed to be simple so that it is easy for admins to use. The system development methodology uses the Flowchart model which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. With this system, it is hoped that the archiving process will be more organized, fast, efficient, and can reduce errors in managing letter archives.
