Sistem Informasi Data Skrining Kesehatan Peserta Bpjs Kesehatan Berbasis Online Di Kantor Cabang Bpjs Kesehatan Payakumbuh
This research aims to create an online programming-based health history screening data processing information system design application, the place of this research is located in Payakumbuh City, aimed at detecting the risk of disease types from disease risk symptoms by sending a list of questions in the form of health history categories and daily consumption patterns of each BPJS health participant. From the results of the answers of each BPJS health participant, it will be calculated with the probability method approach from questions that match the symptoms of the type of disease. From the calculation of the resulting probability method, statistical data on the health history of BPJS health participants will be displayed as a percentage or with numerical weights previously at the BPJS health of Payakumbuh City, all health history screening reports are generated only in the form of categories and types of disease risks and reports are not displayed statistically so it is difficult to apply reports in real time and accurately. The design of this information system analysis is described using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) data mapping tool, by forming a data flow from two user sessions, namely the Admin session and the participant session. In the design of this health history screening data processing information system, it is hoped that it can produce reports with more accurate statistics and can be percented easily.
