Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Untuk Konsumen (Sioke) Bbpom Di Pekanbaru Berbasis Aplikasi Mobile
Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BBPOM) in Pekanbaru requires an effective digital tool to enhance communication with the public regarding product complaints and information services. This study aims to design a mobile application, the Information System for Consumers (SIOKE), to assist the public in submitting complaints, tracking complaint status, filling out a digital guest book, and accessing product registration information. The system was developed using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework on the mobile side, as well as PHP and MySQL on the server side. The development method follows the Waterfall model, involving stages of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results demonstrate that the application performs well, supporting more efficient and transparent public services. Through SIOKE, the reporting process becomes faster and more accurate, while also enhancing public participation in monitoring products circulating in the Pekanbaru area.
