Icon Plus currently their Network Disruption Complaint System can only be done on their social media and they do not have their own complaint website. By using a complaint system through a website with PHP programming language and MySQL database can provide a responsive complaint solution and also make customers able to receive more accurate information. With this system can help problems that exist in managing complaints
