Analisis Produktivitas Alat Berat Excavator Dan Dump Truck Pada Pekerjaan Galian Proyek Revitalisasi Danau Bakuok Kabupaten Kampar (Tahap Iii)
ABSTRAK
In the implementation of excavation work on the Revitalization of Lake Bakuok
project in Kampar Regency, heavy equipment assistance is needed to facilitate the
work process, one of which is in excavation and soil transportation. The gradual or
relay excavation method causes problems such as high equipment efficiency and
fuel consumption so that operational costs increase and the duration of the work
becomes long. This study aims to determine the value of heavy equipment
productivity and the optimal combination of the number of excavators and dump
trucks in the Revitalization of Lake Bakuok project. In the excavation work, the
heavy equipment used in the field is a standard arm excavator, long arm excavator,
amphibious arm excavator and dump truck. In the existing condition of the soil
transportation work, the equipment used is 1 standard arm excavator and 10 dump
trucks with a volume loaded into the disposal area of 24,130.74 m3. From the
results of the analysis of the calculation of the productivity value of heavy
equipment, several alternative calculations were carried out to obtain the optimal
combination of heavy equipment. From several alternative calculations, the optimal
combination of tools in terms of cost and duration of work is Alternative 3, namely
using 3 Case CX210B excavator units with a bucket capacity of 0.95-1 m3 and 15
dump trucks with a capacity of 7 m3.
