Pengaruh Penerapan Manajemen Rantai Pasokan (Supply Chain Management)Terhadap Intensitas Pesaing Dan Kinerja Organisasi Pada Industri Roti Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the relationship between the application of Supply Chain Management to the intensity of competitors in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of the implementation of Supply Chain Management on the organizational performance of the bakery industry in Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of competitor intensity on organizational performance in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru, and to determine the effect of implementing Supply Chain Management on organizational performance through the intensity of competitors in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru. This study used quantitative methods with a population of 55 shops and a sample of 55 shops. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypotheses in this study using data analysis tools with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application of supply chain management has a significant effect on the intensity of competitors in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru. 2) The application of supply chain management has a significant effect on organizational performance in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru. 3) Competitor intensity has a significant effect on organizational performance in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru.
4) The application of supply chain management does not affect organizational performance through the intensity of competitors in the bakery industry in Pekanbaru.
