Analisis Keandalan Sistem Distribusi Penyulang 20 Kv Menggunakan Metode Reliability Network Equivalent Approach (Rnea)
ABSTRACT
The reliability of electric power distribution system plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and quality of electricity supply to customers. This level of reliability can be measured using several key indices, namely SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index), and MAIFI (Momentary Average Interruption Frequency Index). This study aims to analyze the reliability of the 20 kV medium-voltage distribution system on the Lavender feeder managed by PT PLN (Persero) ULP Bangkinang. The method used is the Reliability Network Equivalent Approach (RNEA), which calculates system reliability based on individual load points for more detailed analysis. The data collected includes the number of customers, line length, permanent interruptions, and momentary interruptions over a certain period. The analysis results showed that the SAIFI value was 0.6418 interruptions/customer/year, SAIDI was 2.0424 hours/customer/year, CAIDI was 3.1828 hours/interruption, and MAIFI was 6.0227 interruptions/customer/year. These values were then compared with the national standard (SPLN No. 68-2:1986) and the internal target of ULP Bangkinang. The comparison indicates that the SAIFI and SAIDI indices have met the applicable standards, although the MAIFI value still requires further attention. Therefore, efforts to improve system reliability, especially in reducing momentary interruptions, are still necessary. This research is expected to serve as a reference in future planning for distribution system reliability.
