Fungsi Intensitas Cahaya Dan Jarak Kerja Kamera Pada Sistem Pencitraan Multispektral Untuk Tandan Buah Segar Kelapa Sawit
The multispectral imaging has been used in agriculture to evaluate fruits and vegetable. This system consists of a light source, monochrome camera and two color filters. In the implementation of the size of the sorted and graded FFB, it varies causing varying intensity because the working distance which varies causes errors in determining the maturity of oil palm FFB because the shadow of the object is not focused, thus reducing the accuracy of measurement by multispectral imaging, therefore a characterization of reflectance intensity is needed as a function of the working distance. Sampling of oil palm FFB with the resulting image is a blur or out of focus image and a focus or non-blur image with python software and data processing is also carried out with python programming on a PC (Personal Computer), after all the retrievals are carried out, the data is re-processed with python programming to obtain a reflectance intensity image that has been converted to Microsoft Excel. reflectance intensity at a wavelength of 740 nm (visible) and 860 nm (infrared) with a camera working distance. The data used include 20 reflectance intensity measurements for each wavelength, as well as working distances varying between 73 cm and 80 cm. The reflectance intensity at the visible wavelength (740 nm) shows a higher value compared to the infrared wavelength (860 nm). The maximum reflectance value at the visible wavelength reaches 0.8751, while at the infrared wavelength the maximum is only 0.7677. This indicates that the measured object is better detected in the visible spectrum, which can be caused by the nature of the object material which is more responsive to visible light compared to infrared light.
