Analisis Beban Kerja Dan Resiliensi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center Dengan Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and resilience on job
satisfaction among nurses at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital, with work stress as an
intervening variable. The population in this study consists of 93 nurses at the Pekanbaru
Medical Center Hospital. This study uses the total sampling technique, so the entire
population is used as the sample. The analysis method used is Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS and also SPSS (Statistical Package for the
Social Sciences) to test the research instrument. The results of the study with hypothesis
testing show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction.
Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Resilience has a positive
and significant effect on job satisfaction. Resilience has a negative and significant effect
on work stress. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction.
Workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction through work stress.
And resilience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work
stress.
