Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Kesetaraan: Studi Kasus Pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Sekolah Tahfizh Plus Khoiru Ummah (Stp Ku) Pekanbaru
Equality education is one of the efforts to provide equal access to education for all levels of society. This study aims to analyze the implementation of equality education policies at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Khoiru Ummah Pekanbaru. The method used is qualitative, employing a case study approach, where data are obtained through in-depth interviews and documentary studies. The results of the survey show that PKBM implements educational programs equivalent to formal education through an independent curriculum, academic support activities, and extracurriculars. However, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation, such as legality, infrastructure, and community participation. This research is expected to provide a clear picture of the successes and challenges faced in the implementation of equality education policies in PKBM Khoiru Ummah.
