Pengaruh Premi Panen Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Panen Kelapa Sawit Di Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Tandun Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
Harvest employee performance is one of the important work achievements at PTPN V. The system implemented by the company to improve harvest employee performance is harvest premium and harvest employee job satisfaction. This study aims to measure the level of job satisfaction of harvest employees, analyze the effect of harvest premiums and job satisfaction on the performance of harvest employees. This research was conducted at PTPN V Kebun Tandun, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency using purposive sampling method with criteria for harvesting employees who work in oil palm plantation groups that have the same plant age, topography, and harvesting technique. The sample in this study were 30 permanent daily harvest employees. The collected data were analyzed using Likert scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perception of job satisfaction of harvest employees was very satisfied. Simultaneously harvest premium and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of harvest employees. Partially, only the harvest premium has a significant effect on the performance of harvest employees.
