Analisis Pendapatan Dan Nilai Tambah Agroindustri Aren Di Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

ABSTRACT
Palm sap is the liquid that comes out of the palm tree through the tapping process. Usually this palm sap is easily stale which causes the sap to become sour, white foamy and slimy. Efforts are made to overcome this, craftsmen usually process the sap into other products, namely palm sugar and palm sugar. The business of processing palm sugar and palm sugar aims to obtain added value. This study aims to analyze the income and added value of sugar palm agroindustry in Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research was conducted for one month, namely in August 2021. The method used was a survey method, the research respondents amounted to 16 craftsmen where the craftsmen who processed palm sugar and palm sugar only amounted to 1 craftsman and 15 other craftsmen only processed palm sugar. Respondents were taken by census. The data analysis method used is a descriptive quantitative method to analyze income using the income formula and added value using the hayami method formula. The results showed that the amount of income obtained from palm sugar was IDR 483.950 and ant sugar IDR 110.627 with an R/C value of palm sugar 1,20 sugar ant 1,86 so that the R/C value of the two products is > 1 which means that the palm sugar and palm sugar agroindustry run by craftsmen is profitable. The added value ratio obtained from palm sugar is 31,61% (medium ratio) and palm sugar of 65,25% (high ratio) means that palm sugar and palm sugar agroindustry have added value.
