ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the factors that influence visits to the Sang Nila Utama Museum in Pekanbaru City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study was 11,807 people, and the sample was taken using the Taro Yamane formula method, namely the number of samples was 99 people. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and questionnaire techniques. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression analysis of the income varibel with a coefficient value of 0.199814 for the income variable, a coefficient value of 0.281614 for the reavel cost, a coefficient value of -0.619835 for the distance variable, a coefficient value of o.826872 for the age variable. The magnitude of the influence caused by the four independent variables as a percentage of the dependent variable is 59.02 percent, the remaining 40.98 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
