Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pada Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Kampar
This research was conducted at UPTD Kampar Health Center. The aim is to
determine the direct effect or influence of Motivation and Workload on Job
Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This study took 73 samples consisting of
nurses and midwives who worked at the UPTD Kampar Health Center. The
variables used are Motivation, Workload, Job Satisfaction as moderation and
Performance. These data were analyzed using path analysis operated through the
SPSS program.
The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and significant effect
on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on
performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, job
satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, satisfaction
Work is the mediation between work motivation and performance, and job
satisfaction is the mediation between workload and employee performance.
