ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the effect of the growth of Currency in Circulation and Electronic Money Infrastructure on Inflation in Indonesia in 2018 (Q1) – 2022 (Q2).
The type of data used in this study is quantitative secondary data and is time series. Data on this research obtained from the Publication of Payment System and Financial Market Statistics of Bank Indonesia (BI) 2023. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the Eviews 12 program. Hypothesis testing was carried out in research is statistical tests (t test, F test, coefficient of determination R2), and the classical assumption test.
The results of this research indicate that the variable Growth of Currency in Circulation has no effect on Inflation in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The Electronic Money Infrastructure Variable has effect on inflation in Indonesia in 2018 -2022. Simultaneously Variable growth in the amount of currency in circulation and Electronic Money Infrastructure affect on inflation in Indonesia in 2018-2022.
