The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the Existence of PT IKPP on MSME Income in Kec. Tualang, Kab. Siak. The approach used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the Eviews statistical program. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Where primary data obtained directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through government agencies such as the Siak Regency Central Bureau of Statistics and the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Kec. Tualang, Kab. Siak. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The population is 157 MSME actors in Tualang District and a sample of 50 MSME actors in Tualang District. The results of multiple linear regression research show that the variables capital, labor, COVID-19 path and the existence of PT. IKPP has a simultaneous and significant effect on MSME income in Kec. Tualang, Kab. Siak. Partially, capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME income in kec. Tualang Regency. Siak, Labor has a positive and significant effect on MSME income in kec. Tualang Regency. Siak, the effect of COVID-19 has a negative and insignificant effect on MSME income in kec. Tualang Regency. Siak, PT.IKPP has a negative and insignificant effect on MSME income in kec. Tualang Regency. Siak. The various factors that affect Capital, Labor, and the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic together have an effect of or 66.18% (adjusted R2 = 0.661891 while the remaining 33.82% is explained by other variables not included in this study .
